By downloading, accessing or using the Entrancify app or website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Section 01Who we are

Entrancify is an admission-guidance product for Maharashtra engineering (MHT-CET) aspirants. We provide college prediction, cutoff intelligence, preference-list tools, reminders, and optional expert counselling.

Section 02Eligibility

You may use Entrancify to plan your own admission or to assist a student as a parent or guardian. By using the service you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Section 03Predictions are estimates

• All predictions, admit chances, and cutoffs are estimates derived from historical DTE CAP data and your inputs.
• They are guidance, not a guarantee of admission to any college or branch.
• Always verify against official DTE and CAP notifications before making any decision.

Section 04Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may delete your account at any time — see Delete account.

Section 05Plans & payments

• Paid plans (Pro, Ultra) are one-time purchases that unlock premium features.
• Payments are processed through Google Play Billing or an authorised payment provider.
• Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Section 06Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling data, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Section 07Intellectual property

The Entrancify name, app, design, and content are owned by Entrancify. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Section 08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrancify is not liable for any admission outcome, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions made using the service. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

Section 09Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
