Delete your Entrancify account

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and personal data.

Section 01How to delete your account

You can request account deletion using either of the following methods:

• Inside the Entrancify app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
• By email: Send a deletion request to our support team.

Section 02What data will be deleted

• User profile information
• Login credentials
• Saved preferences
• College prediction history
• Preference lists
• AI counselling records
• Stored account-related data

Section 03Data retention

Most personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving a verified deletion request.

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required by law, fraud prevention, security, or compliance obligations.
